If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

If the return is due to:
Our mistake,
A defective product,
A damaged item, or
An incorrect shipment,
Lams By Sana will cover the applicable return shipping costs where possible.
For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
These charges are non-refundable.
Delivery delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply after delivery, if eligible.
